How to transfer vehicle from one state to another

How to take NOC for vehicles 

Here I am giving some Points which are very helpful when you are transferring vehicle from one state to another.

For Example you are going from State 'A' to state 'B'.

1. Collect NOC from RTO of state 'A'.

2. Visit the the nearest RTO office in state 'B' with the following documents.

• Original RC
• Pollution Certificate
NOC from RTO of state 'A'. (This ensures that there are no dues on the vehicle and no criminal records found against it in NCRB (National Crime Records Bureau).
• Original Invoice
• Insurance 
• Clearance letter from the Financier (only in case you had bought your vehicle on loan)
• Police/Crime Records Bureau clearance from State 'A' RTO or Police headquarter.

3. Consult with some officer in RTO office and do all formalities for filling forms (Form 6, Form 10, Form 27, Form 28, Form 30 etc) and follow instructions by officer.
